About the Founder and Head Coach

Alexis Ericksen has a Masters in Kinesiology from UGA specializing in motor behavior and strength and conditioning. She is Georgia's only certified Play Wisely instructor, a Certified Precision Nutrition counselor, and has her CSCS from the NSCA. In addition to several other fitness credentials which include Olympic lifting and mobility certifications, she has competitive experience as well. Ali was a collegiate soccer player, a CrossFit Games regional competitor, and is currently a USAW national weightlifter. In August of 2016, Ali and her Husband Brent, welcomed their daughter Everly into the world. Ali knows first hand what it's like to try to maintain a work out routine, as well as trying to adhere to a sound nutrition plan while pregnant. She developed a training program for pregnant and postpartum women which she was able to refine during her own pregnancy last year.

What we offer

We offer Athens only certified "Play Wisely" child development program, Precision Nutrition Counseling for weight loss or for performance, and strength & conditioning programs for all ages, including maternity and postpartum.
